• For catered events we have a maximum capacity of 100+ guests

• We request your building rental fee at the time of booking

• Linens must be booked two weeks in advance

• All details – menu, setup, time, headcount – must be final six days prior to the rental date

• No outside alcohol is permitted

• Outside dessert is permitted

• Server comes with each event

• Guests will have a 30-minute grace period for setup prior to the event

• The rental space is upstairs and not handicap accessible

• We offer off site catering services with the option of on site staff, contact for details
